Mark has been working in a Contact Centre systems integration and support role for many years.  He specialises in Genesys systems support and has been working in that space since 2003 with large customers like the Ministry of Social Development, Inland Revenue and the ANZ Bank and systems integrators like Dimension Data and Vodafone.

In addition to his practical knowledge and experience, Mark has Bachelor of Technology (Communications) and New Zealand Certificate of Engineering (NZCE) in Electronics and Computing.

Having run his own consultancy firm for several years, Mark understands how important responsiveness and quality, cost-effective solutions are to Circle’s customers.  Mark’s work ethic, experience and attention to detail is consistent with the other members of the Circle team and we’re all looking forward working with him.
